In this section, you will find our most popular school administrative products that are needed for each school year. Customized products and services can also be accomodated.

School Products

Picture Perfect’s images and software are compatible with Maplewood, MAT, Powerschool and virtually any software that uses JPG, TIFF, or BMP image files. In addition, our data is compatible with yearbook companies such as Friesens, Jostens, Herff Jones, and LifeTouch.

Cumulative record file stickers are printed in full colour, have a durable finish, and have a permanent adhesive. Stickers are 2.5cm wide by 3.75cm tall.


Each school receives a minimum of 2 sets of mug book photos. These sheets of photos are used in school emergency procedures books, office and substitute teacher handbooks, and for quick identification. Student id cards are printed in house on durable pvc cards. Some schools create their own unique design for id cards, while others permit Picture Perfect to create them.

Schools have the opportunity to commemorate special occasions with a commemorative student body photograph. These photographs are marvelous keepsakes and add a special touch to any office or hallway. Student body photographs are based on availability and weather.

Community Involvement

Picture Perfect offers special rates and packages for schools that contain a high population of low-income families. In the 2009/2010 and 2010/2011 school years, Picture Perfect donated over $20,000 in products and services to schools and families that need a little extra help. Picture Perfect is a local company that helps local schools and local families.
A partnership between Picture Perfect and Social Services has been forged in Saskatoon. This partnership has allowed families to order select photos or products that they could otherwise not have afforded.
Picture Perfect is actively involved in the education and support of student academia. Picture Perfect offers work placements, job opportunities, participates in career fairs, and provides cash awards to students excelling in specific academic areas.
